Have you heard about the recent outbreak of E. Coli in Germany?

The headlines are calling it a "Super Bug".  Has mother-nature evolved and created something new or has something more nefarious happened?  You have heard of weaponized anthrax, a naturally occurring spore. I am sure you have heard of weaponized botulism?  So how hard would it be to weaponize E. Coli. and give it a test run?
