Did you know the daughters of the US president and other DC elite have no less then 11 ARMED guards in their school. This does not include the secret service detail assigned to the children. Shouldn't your children have a similar level of protection in their schools. The laws, as written in most states, allow for killers to walk into a school and know that no law abiding citizen will be there in time to stop the carnage. The state and federal laws did not stop the Connecticut shooter, local police did not stop the Connecticut shooter, the federal government did not stop the shooter; however, had there been armed security in the school, then maybe the tragedy could have been averted.
